A: I got mine two days ago. It comes with 350 filters!

A: Yes, you can cut your own paper filters from regular cone shaped coffee filters.

A: Hello, AeroPress can be used with boiling water for brewing coffee. However, we recommend brewing with 175°F (80°C) water for dark roasts and 185°F (85°C) for medium and light roasts to get the best flavor in your coffee. Best wishes, Constance, AeroPress, Inc.

Q: how many tablespoons of coffee can you put in it at once and still squeeze the water through?

A: Hello, AeroPress can produce up to three cups of coffee. To make three cups of coffee, you would use 3 rounded scoops of coffee (using the included AeroPress scoop). One rounded AeroPress scoop of coffee is 3 Tablespoons. Therefore you can put up to 9 Tablespoons of coffee into the chamber before stirring and pressing the water through. I had heard a lot of good things about this coffee maker. I wanted to get into making my own coffee from scratch. I decided on this over a French press. Since it was my first time, I didn’t want to spend a lot on coffee beans. After reading reviews on a lot of beans, I chose a medium roast with notes of caramel, toffee and brownie from La Colombe. I just made my first cup, and it’s simply beautiful and the freshest cup of coffee I’ve ever had. It’s so quick and simple. There’s no bitterness or acidity whatsoever. I don’t think I’ll ever buy bottled cold brew again.

Love how easy and portable this is. I don’t drink coffee frequently so this product was perfect for me. Pro tip don’t use the method the instructions came with it, I used the inverted method; where it’s standing on the plunger, add the coffee, slowly add hot water and mix, place the filter cap, flip with cup then press the plunger to fill cup. There’s a YouTube just incase.

The coffee press is simple to use and makes a great cup of coffe. It requires attention to detail, but cleanup is quick. Experiment with grind and water temperature for best results. It's more work than a drip maker, but worth it for a smooth cup or latte.

Love the AeroPress. The quality of the coffee you get out of it doesn't compare to a standard drip coffee maker or keurig. It also has a lighter, less acidic flavor than a traditional French press because you don't let it steep as long. Using freshly ground beans each times helps you get the best cup too! It takes a few times to really get the hang of using it but after that it's super easy. The only downside I can think of is that it produces one cup at a time, but I am the only coffee drinker in my house so not a problem for me. I have started giving this as a gift to family members and highly recommend!

This is so perfect as an alternate to my espresso machine. I can see using it a lot for travel since hotel coffee drip machines are awful. This created a really nice espresso shot and still has the espresso crema color that my expensive machine creates.

This isn't my first AeroPress and not my first rodeo when it comes to alternatives to drip coffee. AeroPress is easy to use, clean-up is a breeze, storage is no problem and it can travel with me anywhere I can find 185F water. Go AeroPress! Tip: Blend the water and coffee upside down before the press and top off with some hot water in a mug for a sweet treat. Yum.
