Q: Does this v come with a funnel? Just wondering how compact it stores.
A: Hello choco, Thank you for your question. No, the AeroPress Go does not come with a funnel. When everything is fully packed into the mug, its dimensions are 3.7" (9.4cm) x 5.3" (13.5cm), so it stores very compactly. Kind regards, AeroPress, Inc.

Q: Hi bpa free? Any bad chemicals?
A: Thank you for your question. All materials used in AeroPress coffee makers are free of BPA and phthalates, and are FDA and EU approved for use in contact with food. The AeroPress Go travel coffee maker chamber and plunger are made out of polypropylene (except for the food-grade silicone seal on the plunger). The stirrer, scoop, filter cap, travel filter holder, and travel cup are also made with polypropylene. The travel cup's lid is made of food-grade silicone. We hope that this helps! Best wishes, AeroPress, Inc.

Q: What is the difference between this and a regular french press besides the materials (plastic vs. glass) for easier portability?
A: Hello, Thank you for your question! In addition to the fact that the AeroPress Go is made of sturdy, durable food-safe plastic, there are several differences between an AeroPress Go and a French press. First of all, the AeroPress Go is capable of brewing an espresso-style concentrate for use in lattes and other coffee shop beverages, unlike a French press. The paper filter in the Go keeps grit out of your cup (unlike a French press), and the fast brewing process produces coffee that has one ninth the acid level of French press brewed coffee. With the Go, you can brew coffee in around a minute, unlike the several minutes it takes to brew with the French press. The Go is also much easier to clean than a French press because the grounds form a "puck" at the end of brewing that it is easy to pop out of the Go directly into the trash. Finally, the Go packs up neatly in its own mug for ease of traveling. We hope that this is helpful. Best wishes, Constance, AeroPress, Inc.
