This is the best for congestion with instant relief that will last a while. I've had bad congestion due to the weather in West Texas, and this provides instant relief.

I do not like Afrin. I was tentative to use it due to the reports it addiction, but I couldn’t breathe and felt I had no choice. 2 stars because it did help me breathe again, but this stuff BURNS. It tastes horrible even without dripping down your throat. It just be the permeable smell making its way through the sinus’s and finding your tongue. Did it work? Yes. Will I use it again? Most likely not.

Definitely helps with severe congestion. Works quickly, so I especially like it for the night. You shouldn’t take it more than a few days, because it can be irritating and worsen congestion, but for the first 3 nights to find some relief, it’s amazing.

When you need a quick fix on being able to breathe out of your nose, this is the go to nose spray. It immediately started working after I sprayed in both nostrils. I made sure when I used it I wasn’t going to be laying down for a bit. That seems to of helped as well. Very satisfied with this nose spray.

I think this medication works really well but I’m lowering the stars because this safety seal is ridiculous. There’s no tear in it to pull it off. I’ve been trying for like 5 minutes and had to literally ask my husband for help. There’s no reason it should be this difficult.

My nose was entirely blocked and I needed to breathe through my mouth, which was causing a severe headache. I sprayed 2 short,quick sprays in each nostril. My nose instantly felt un-blocked and I could easily breathe through my nose. It did not burn or smell like anything. My headache quickly went away too!
