Was looking for a probiotic and glad I found Align!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have heard about the benefits of taking a probiotic but wasn't sure how my body would handle one. The first thing I noticed was that the pills are labeled with days of the week which I love because I can never remember whether or not I took my medications/supplements. The capsule is small and has no taste. I have not had any adverse side effects from Align probiotic. It has helped with my occasional bloating and abdominal discomfort. Align has become part of my daily routine!

I may have been a bit constipated from them in the beginning but it went away after about a week in. Overall they’re easy to try to see if they might be a good fit for you.
