The cold forged construction pan has a high temperature silicone exterior finish and ILAG® Swiss Crystals non-toxic ceramic non-stick interior that easily wipes clean and doesn't leach toxic chemicals into your food. The induction-ready stainless steel base plate with magnetic core allows you to use the all in one plus pan on any cooktop. Each set includes a unique aluminum lid with a stainless steel handle that doubles as a spoon rest, a multi-purpose bamboo utensil for flipping and stirring, a convenient nesting steamer insert, and a bamboo trivet that's perfect for taking the pan directly from kitchen to table. Never again

Worst pan I have ever bought. Everything sticks. I have seasoned, used low heat, and practically deep fried food in oil to prevent sticking and I have given up.

Daily Favorite

This pan has replaced my wok for daily cooking needs. I stir fry a lot, and even though it doesn't look as big as a wok, this pan still fits the same amount of leafy greens that I would normally cook for 5-6 servings. Various types of starches and meats achieve a nice browning, and the steamer insert is a nice addition for multitasking and steaming dumplings for a quick lunch. I don't need to get out my big steamer or have to wait for a bamboo one to dry after washing. I used this pan for 3 years almost daily and got a new one because food was starting to stick in a certain area; it outlasted every other super expensive nonstick pan I have ever tried. I have gifted this set to friends 3 times and everyone loves it as much as I do.

Heats evenly

I wanted a deeper skillet to use for meals that were saucy. Prepared chicken alfredo today with this pan. There was plenty of space for food to spread out and cook evenly. Heats up quickly and cooked evenly. No cold spots noticed. The pan is not heavy but the handle on the lid gets hot. Easily gripped with a cloth to take lid off and on. The color is a beautiful matte green. Hand washed. Cleanup was a breeze. Looking forward to using the steamer insert but haven't tried it yet. Very happy with this purchase and the other Tramontina pots I have recently received.

Best Pan I Have Owned - and I have Owned Many!

This pan is terrific. Does a great job on all I have used it for. The clean up of this pan is actually effortless. I have loved mine so much, I have purchased 3 additional ones for gifts.

Love this oan

I love this pan! It is easy to clean. Everything has easily slid off the pan to my serving dish. Being disabled this pan is not too heavy to move around but it is well made.

Perfectly nonstick! I cook with this pan a lot and it never gives me problems. It works well with a small amount of oil or even just water. Finally found a good pan that lasts!

I bought this pan and it scratched my stove top!! I have so many pans and not one has scratched my ceramic stove top!! This pan did!!!

Performs Even Better Than It Looks!

I ordered this sauté pan because I love my 6 Tramontina fry pans (8”, 10” and 12”, one each in stainless and nonstick) and wanted a pan with a slightly higher side to prevent grease spatters. On my first use of it, I tried browning some lamb meatballs in it, and was so happy when they turned out beautifully browned with virtually no spatter. I now want to buy each one of these incredible sauté pans for each of my daughters!!!

Does not support induction well

Great, non-stick pan for electric burners. Love the size and the deep sides for quick stir fries and cooking vegetables and pasta dishes. But, it does not support induction well. There is not enough magnetic material in it. Gave it to my daughter who has an electric cooktop. I have a Wolf induction range and have been using induction ranges for more than 15 years. This pan performs poorly on induction. Really wish it were better.

The Best Pan Ever!

This pan is fantastic! This is the best pan I have every owned or used! It is truly provides non-stick cooking and super easy cleaning. The steamer insert is great. It is now humor in my family, every time I use this pan (every day) that I say how much I love this pan! Highly recommend.

Wonderful for a about a month

This is what cooking scrambled eggs looks like after a month of use. I used butter to grease the pan prior and cooked at medium heat on a gas stove. This is the same pan that the first month the eggs slid out of. I have followed all of the care instructions. Hand washed only. Every time I use this I have to soak for a good hour afterwards.
