I don’t know what this is, but this is not ground beef. This meat is very tough and weirdly chewy the texture is odd. This doesn’t taste like beef at all. I want my money back! What we did consume gave us severe stomach aches, and I threw the rest of it out!

GREAT price quality and flavor !
I started buying Targets fresh ground beef months ago. When they have the large packages that is an extra good price:: value. I will season and grate fresh onions finely into the beef mix well then air fry ( or pan fry low). Love Hawaiian rolls or Dave’s hamburger buns ( treat ourselves once and awhile). Their ground beef is EXCELLENT quality, super price and value!!

I did not have any problem with this meat. It was tender, tasty, and performed well when making my chili. I've had tough ground beef before, and this is not tough in the least. I was apprehensive of trying meat that was not from either Meijer or Kroger, and I was pleasantly surprised. The price per pound is slightly expensive, though. Maybe it goes on sale every now and then. I am the very first person who is fussy on meat - if I thought something was bad about this, I'd tell you in the blink of an eye. I wouldn't worry about this one.

Horrible Delivery Service With Outdated Products
I had a Target Circle shopper deliver my online order this afternoon which was ordered this morning, in which most of the items were either spoiled or near expiration date. What's so bad about the ordering process, the shoppers either don't care about the quality of the items, or trying to meet a deadline without spending time to check the items for expiration date and quality. What's even worse, I'm paying for service that doesn't meet quality standards. Therefore, once my membership ends, I will not renew it, nor grocery shop at Target.

Be aware and check the expiration dates. I received a delivery order today and the meat expired yesterday. Be specific on your order tell your shopper to check the dates. This is happening far too often. Target needs to tell the employees stocking to check and remove expired items.

Strangely res meat
I only get this ground beef when I’m in a pinch. It never cooks well. It’s always such a super bright, unnatural red when I purchase it and when I use it to make grilled hamburgers, the inside of the hamburgers always stay bright pink even though I grill them the same as other burgers made with meat from other stores.
