Let me just start by saying…. I cracked a tooth chewing the first bite. There were so many bone shards and tendon pieces that I threw all of it out. Target, many complaints since 2022… LOOK INTO THIS!!!!

I would give this negative stars if I could. This app requires 1. It turned grayish brown in just a couple of days. The package said color is not an indicator of freshness. It absolutely was. The use-by/freeze-by date was September 16. I attempted to brown it today (9/8). It stunk to high heaven. My kitchen still stinks. The smell alone makes me nauseous. It’s in the trash. Nothing else in my fridge is spoiled. From now on, I’ll buy meat at Byerlys.

This beef used to be excellent. But lately, every package contains bone chips. This makes for a very unpleasant eating experience. I have found 85/15 beef at another store that has no bone chips, so I will be purchasing there from now on.

Seriously garbage. You was looking for the steakhouse burgers which are great. Dude told me nope we don’t make them anymore etc so in a pinch bought this crap. Omg. Not only did they fall apart they shrunk to nothing. Target you need to get your crap together Trader Joe’s is in the same parking lot and had better burgers shame on you I would think that these burgers were more like 50/50 We needed up ordering pizza. Disgusting
