I was shocked to find there was only 1lb 6 oz in this pkg. I needed two separate 1lb amts, so I weighed it out. I know t can be a little short, like 1-2 oz. but this was 10 oz short I called cust service and got a refund, but I was not asked for any nos. on the pkg. so they could fix the problem going forward

I see many complain about the quality of the meat... however Target isn't quite known to be the neighborhoods favorite butcher. I don't find these ground beef to be bad. sure it's small portioned after it's cooked but the flavor is pretty good. buy it on sale so you can get more than one package. I only buy this meat as a last resort lol. Does the job every time
