Alva Nori Enameled Cast Iron Grill Pan 11" - Nonstick, Oven Safe and Toxin-Free Cookware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easier to clean than I thought it was going to be due to all of the ridges on it, but I am concerned about the shiny coating on it. How long will this last on it before it starts to come off. As far as cooking goes, it seemed to heat up quickly and the heat distribution seemed to be even throughout the pan. Overall a good pan, I just have a few concerns with it going forward.

Very easy to clean and it distributes just the right amount of heat. I highly recommend this pan. I’m so in love with it.

This griddle has two handles and raised ridges to keep the meat off the bottom of the pan to avoid sticking. Easy cleanup. Best of all, there's a 25 year warranty. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I’ve been using this grill pan everyday because it saves me so much time cleaning. Most excess burnt fat comes off with a paper towel when cool followed by a quick soapy water wash. I grilled steak and chicken cooks evenly and doesn’t stick to pan. Nice size grill pan perfect for a family of 4. The bottom has not scratched at all . I season all my Teflon pots with oil this so far is my favorite!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Alva Nori Grill Pan to make a variety of dishes I have to say it’s a pretty descent pan. However, I have some concerns on its durability. Although it has a triple layer scratch resistant enamel coating, after each use the enamel coating became more cloudy. Clean up was surprisingly difficult bc they say not to soak the pan or use heavy detergents. The grill grooves inside the pan are a little on the large side for my liking. It seems to have an effect on heat distribution in my opinion. I find myself reaching for my uncoated cast iron pans more. One thing I really liked about this pan was the size and the double handles on the sides for easy pick up. Another thing I like is that it’s a-little harder to burn your food due to the enamel coating. The pan seems to not soak up the cooking oils like most pans do.

I will be eager to roast some veggies while simultaneously making burgers at the same time. I am mainly impressed because I like that you can have a separate area for making other things. It is study and heavy, still enough to handle with the two handles. I used it to grill salmon and steak and they came out juicy on the inside, with the best crispy golden layer on the outside. The enamel coated design with oil drainage grooves help prevent food from sticking to too much grease after frying. Cleaning is also simple to do with hand wash. Overall, I highly recommend this product for your kitchen.

We previously owned a different style grill pan which he did not like so therefore never used it more than a time or two in the few years we’ve had it. I no longer tolerate chemicals in my family's foods, products or home goods if I can find a reasonable alternative. If you preheat this pan adequately and resist flipping food before the searing is complete, the pan will release your food. Please stop using non-stick chemicals to cook. Those are "forever" chemicals and are terrible for people and the planet. Enamel cast iron is safe and cooks food beautifully. I got lovely sear marks from this grill pan. You can tell it's extremely high quality. It's heavy and durable and will last a lifetime. I love that I can put the whole pan in the oven to finish a one pan dish! I can't wait to add more photos as I make more elaborate meals!

I use mine for grilled zucchini.Came out perfect.I was a little worried because the non surf surface that it was going to not be as good As The girll pan i usually use but it was. Met, every expectation.Just wish the handles had some kind of protector on them.
