Im 25 years old and was paralyzed in a car wreck. The hardest part of wheelchair life is bladder leaking. For someone my age it is scary to have to deal with wearing a product. This pant is very easy to hide from friends and usually holds all I need it to. I have recommended to all my other friends in wheelchairs!

These saved my integrity after giving birth to my first child. I was in labor for more than 24 hours, had been pumped with liquids, and after delivering my baby, NOBODY told me my bladder was not going to hold anything in while I waddled to the restroom. As I struggled to get out of bed, I felt my bladder empty itself and this underwear (wasn’t aware they had postpartum ones) saved me from feeling humiliated by what had just happened. The underwear was FULL and there was bot one single leak on the bed, the floor, nowhere. Excellent product, I definitely recommend them for postpartum or post-op needs.

I much prefer this product to Depend, even though Depend has a men's product. I like this underwear better because it has double leak guards and absorbency throughout the whole garment rather than in just the front or the middle. It does not feel like paper. It does not feel nasty when wet. Ultimately, its the best for keeping it a secret that I don't always make it to the bathroom in time.

I’m a man and have tried many brands, these by far are the best, discreet, can’t tell you are wearing a diaper, feel like underwear, and can absorb a lot . And don’t leak. Have small leakage at night but sometimes uncontrollable in the day. Highly recommend.

I bought a bunch of these. They do not maintain their shape if they get wet- they get bunched up in back and they are not odor free. Will not waste my money on these again

I have been wearing your pullups for a couple of years. I was genuinely satisfied: however, this last order seems to be an inferior product. After I have had it on for a couple of years, the bunch up in the middle. It's like a wad between my legs. Why does it seem so inferior?

I've been using this brand for several years now and I always liked them because of the level of absorbency. However, these year I started noticing that the material is thinner and absorb less urine quantity compared with the previous ones. I have had leakage accidents lately because of the poor quality. Please review the changes made on these under ware and improve quality of absorbency again. It doesn't provide 100% protection anymore.

I have used these exclusively for 2 years and rated them 5 Star because they were 100% effective, the fit was superb, and no other Brand could compare. On a recent re-purchase it was noted that the packaging has changed. Though it is stated that the product is the same, I have consistently found the first 3 used from the new package to be not as effective. This is disappointing, and if there has been a change I will have to make an inquiry with Always regarding another comparable well-fitting product in their line which might better suit my needs? It is not my preference, but if there isn't I will have to seek out another Brand.

I have tried using these twice. Each time, a major rash developed after a couple of hours. Miserable discomfort. I'm not sure why, but I had to toss them. Could be the fragrance..ugh

They ensure that she does not stain her sheets or clothes at night! I wish I would have thought to buy these when I gave birth! No one ever talks about what to expect after having a baby and these are amazing to prevent leaks and catch all of the flow. Highly recommend for those with heavy flow or postpartum.

No irritations, no leaks, not bulky, and very absorbent. I've used this too for my period and it gave me confidence even when sleeping tossing in the bed left and right. It kept the shape for the most part. It's not bulky but feels and looks like a regular underwear with a pad.

The outside covering is super soft, and and it isn't crinkly at all. So you can't hear it and know that I am wearing it. The inside lining is super absorbant and so soft!
