The first time, I thought maybe I was too rough. The second time, I figured it was a fluke. But now, after the third time, it’s clearly a quality issue with the packaging. I hope the issue is addressed - until then, I need to find an alternative.

Perfect brow pencil, especially for beginners. The triangular tip makes it easy to be precise and it is not super pigmented, so it is forgiving and easy to build up to how dark you want.

This may be the single best makeup product I've ever used. So worth the price. It's a perfect color match (which I've never found before). Foolproof to use, don't need additional tools. Looks very natural so I can wear with no other makeup or a full face. On my third - it would be higher but they last forever!

I have bought this product several times now, so it is fair to say I am in love with this pencil. I enjoy using it for whenever I go out, restaurants, markets, parties, you name it! I bought this in February 2025. I got 3 uses out of it. It would break. I've been buying these for 7 plus years or so and this was the first time. I'm scared to buy another as it was NOT worth it this time. Ive seen other people comment it as well. I hope they didnt change anything.

When I opened the pencil it was breaking as I would twist. I thought it was only the tip of the eyebrow pencil but it kept breaking as I kept twisting. I didn't even get one use out of it.
