Love it but hate it 😒
I really used to love this brow pencil it was my go to, but the last two times my pencil has broken off. The first time I took it back the second time I was so frustrated I was like I'm over it. Unfortunately, after many years of using this product, I have to try something new because it just cost too much to continue to break.

if you have strawberry blonde hair you need to try this pencil in the color strawburn. It is the closest color match I’ve found and the quality it great.

Good product but faulty
I love this product. Been using it for years and years however as of lately something has changed. Not sure if its the pacakaging or what but the pencil falls out of the opening. Its loose or something. Its happened to two pencils now. And the first time i lost it and it was brand new. These are expensive and i cant keep buying them because of poor manufacturing :(

Defective applicator
This review is for the most recent Brow Wiz I purchased. I love this product! Ive repurchased it many times. But the most recent one, the pencil slipped right out of the applicator. I was always reinserting it. Eventually pencil slipped out, fell on the fall and broke. Not usable anymore. I made a new purchase today, please dont send me a defected applicator again!

I won't use any other brand. I have light brown eyebrows so I use the TAUPE. It's a PERFECT color and matches well, stays on all day too. I love the small precision tip and it lasts quite a long time too!

Mini eyebrow pencil defect
I like mini eyebrow pencil natural look for filling in my eyebrows. I also like that it is cost effective. However, I don't like that I can only use for a week or less;then I have to purchase several pencils since it breaks easily. I try not to press down very hard when using. Can you offer a suggestion for extending pencil life?

Nothing compares to Brow Wiz!!
I have been a fan of Brow Wiz for many years, starting out with the Auburn shade and switching to the Ash Brown when I happily turned 'Silver' and it is the perfect neutral/cool shade for gray haired women. I must confess I have strayed wanting to try other brands thinking I'm missing out on something better only to find that eye brow products targeting gray haired women have always been too warm and unnatural looking and dupes claiming to be as good as Brow Wiz but cheaper...you do get what you pay for. The competition's pencil may be thin like Brow Wiz but no brand has duplicated the Brow Wiz formula. Although I use another brand for makeup and skincare, Anastasia's eye brow products and in particular Brow Wiz are staples in my makeup regime. It is the very best in the industry. Breaks after a few times using
This has been the only brand I’d use for eye brows for the past 5 years at least, but the last 3 times I’ve bought this, I’ve only been able to use it once or twice before it breaks. It completely stops twisting to raise and lower, so I can’t get anymore out of it. The first time I assumed it was something I’d done, but after the third, I feel like it has to be an issue with manufacturing.
