pomegrante isn't a good color for tanner people
i bought the pomegrante color. It looks awful with my skin hue. Maybe blackberry would've been better but it looked too light. I use another shade on top of the pomegrante color to help lessen the brightness of it.

I would not buy this product again because it was not long lasting. It was recommended to me by an associate at the Ulta store. However, it was very disappointing. It transfers onto everything and is not worth the purchase price.

Lovely product
I brought this as a birthday present for myself (Cool Brown) and absolutely love it. The formula is wonderful and so smooth, it lives to its name - velvet. It doesn't bleed or dry out, and the colour is perfect. I've been on the hunt for a good brown for a long time and have struggled to find a good shade, this is lovely. I'll be buying more for sure

This is IT!
I have a hard time finding lip color that doesn't feather, last's all day, and is comfortable. This ticks all three. I put this on when I leave home for work, 6:30. It lasts all day, unless I apply a lip gloss, then all bets are off. I wish I could find a gloss that doesn't feather but that is asking for too much. I love the way this feels on my lips and I will be buying more colors when it goes on sale again.

Beautiful shade
I LOVE these lipsticks. They are just so creamy yet matte yet comfortable on the lips. Im have chapped lips which is blurs out beautifully. I have 4 lipsticks from this collection. Pomegranate is a beautiful deep red shade. I think it would complement alot of skin tones. Though i would say that there a lots of nudes in there that dont suit deeper skin tones,like way to many. But even then peack amber and parchment are beautiful shades! Love them. I use Crush to tone down some deeper lipsticks. Highly recommend these

Not Worth it even with the discounted price
I love matte lip wears and this one was a huge disappointment. The color was nice, however it dried up my lips which I dislike for matte colors. I had higher expectations especially being a name brand like Anastasia. The color did not last even and hours. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE COMMENTS. Unless the other women didnt mind the lipwear not being long lasting. Honestly the Maybelline matte liquid lipsticks last longer and wear better than this one.

I would buy this again
I bought a very neutral color. It's almost too light for me. I still wear it. You can change your lip liner to change the color. The applicator is good. Glides on smooth. Puts just enough on your lips for a perfect coverage. It doesn't last all day, but it doesn't claim to. So it's okay for me.

its cute for summer lite pink/orange Kind a Peachy. This oxides a bit loosing the first time application. its buttery and nice to apply. If you add a gloss its pretty.

Better than matte lipsticks
I received this as a gift last week and it’s my new to go to lip make up. It’s soo velvety soft and it is matte without the drying effect. It last longer than regular lipstick but less than the harsh mattes on your lips. I got the hush rose color and I love it. I am a little on the pale side so I am going to get the more rosy color one but this is perfect for like day wear and not look like you have much on but your lips look juicy. Definitely recommend.

Good liquid lipstick
I don't usually like liquid lipstick, but this Lip Velvet is great. It goes on very smooth and doesn't dry my lips out. It has amazing lasting power, except if you eat or drink something with oil in it. I love the color, too. I recommend this product.
