I bought this a year ago, specifically because we were traveling to Canada and knew we'd be in the woods for hours and would need extra battery for our phones. It worked perfectly. I'd charge it overnight and by morning it was ready to go. It charges a full charge for one phone and about 30% for another phone. And it takes about two hours to fully charge my phone. The only problem is that the screen was damaged, so the numbers are kind of cut off. But other than that, it's fine. I'll buy another one for my dad.

This works great and seems to hold a lot of “juice” for my electronics. However, the speed with which it charges AND the speed with which it provides a charge are both INCREDIBLY SLOOOOOW. Painfully slow. Agonizingly slow. When I needed to recharge my phone while walking around Seattle, I had to leave it plugged in the whole time. Even when I wasn’t using my phone, it charged so slowly that after an hour, my phone’s battery level had gone up barely 10%. I should say that it charged my phone entirely at one point and the power bank’s own level went down minimally. So in that sense, it’s a great product. But if you’re looking for something that can charge rapidly so you can unplug right away, this isn’t the one.

takes 16 hours to charge - if it does at all. i have plugged it in to charge before going to bed at night, only to wake up in the morning to find that is has not charged at all, for some reason. this thing is completely useless - if you need to depend on backup power, you will be in deep trouble if it’s this device you’re depending on. it’s 100% crap, not practical or even functional when you need it.

Paid more than it costs now, bulky, but works great

Of course after I bought this “on sale” in person for $33 it’s cheaper online for a regular price.. With that said, this thing has come in handy for me. Long dance competition days with little access to wall outlets, I’m able to plug my phone, tablet, or kindle in from my bag. It holds several charges and works great. Cons: it takes a while to charge the power bank itself, and it’s fairly bulky/heavy. But it does last a good amount of time and has been a lifesaver when out and about, so overall I love it!

It’s heavy, but I knew that when I purchased it. The problem is that it fails… A LOT! Support says it needs to be plugged in to reset it. That does me no good when I don’t have power. Which is why I purchased a battery pack to begin with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This charger is slim, sleek, and compact, just a bit larger than my iPhone itself, it fits perfectly into my handbag. My only complaint is that it is a bit heavy, but that is to be expected in charger with this much charging capacity. I’ve used it for a bit over a month now, and It has worked well for me. It charges quickly and I can fully charge my phone multiple times with it before I need to recharge it. I often use Uber/lyft when I go out, and I feel secure in that I can always order my ride regardless of how much I use my phone.
