It certainly provides power and does it well, there's no doubt about the performance of this powerbank, but it is much heavier than bigger than preferred. I still give it 4 stars because i should have known, i was anle to tell the size of it and it was accurately that size. Great functionality, mediocre portability. I still bring it everywhere, but it adds the most weight to my bag/fills the most space.

First off it's actually 12800mah usable. When you inspect the fine print on the back with a microscope you will see that and definatly see it when using. No clue why it weighs so much? have 2 10k power banks that together weigh a bit more than half of what this one weight. Plus they both have wireless coils. MOSY INPORTANTLY: I purchased this from Target on 5/31/25 not on sale for $33.99 saw today 6/28/25 it cost $49.99. That is an increase of 68%. They will blame tariffs. But currently they are 30% so explain to me how a 30% tariff justifies a 68% increase in price? Target is scamming their customers for profit. Personally I would avoid the Anker power banks( they are now recalling them over fire hazards). I would highly recommend avoiding Target too. Don't give your money to a company that robs people and makes lame excuses as to why they are doing it.

Bought this for an overseas trip. Upside is, having tested it out, it has been able to quickly charge up my phone 3x without needing itself powered up. However, this sucker is big and heavy- not looking forward to dragging it around. Also, it takes a bit of time for it to charge itself up too.

Cap that covers the cable ends is too difficult to get off

There are two side buttons to press and you are supposed to be able to pull the cap off in order to use the provided cables.Multiple attempts to pull the cap off the cables has been unsuccessfulI. I guess I can still use it without using the provided cables though.

I got this back in Nov for a trip to NYC. It's now early June and IT DOESN'T CHARGE anymore. I tried different charging adapters and nothing works. I only got 7 months and this thing cost me $50!!!! Anker is supposed to be top end of chargers but this charger SUCKS. What a waste of money. If this is the 'qualty' that Anker is putting out, no thanks.

Like other reviewers this item seems to be really hit or miss on quality. Was traveling for work and needed a charger, ordered this one and paid extra for quick delivery to my hotel, late night, only to have the issue where the device will not charge. I left it plugged in for an hour, would not go above 28%. I followed all the troubleshooting instructions on the anker website with no success. Now I have to submit a claim for refund. Waste of money, pick something else.

I love anker products. I've had really good luck with them previously. This one however was incredibly disappointing. I realized I left my other charger at home. Shelled at this much money because I would need a charger for a 3 day festival. I attempted to charge it overnight. The battery % on the battery did not move. I plugged it into my cellphone for the drive from our friends place to the festival. Easily 30+ min drive. Did not move the % on my phone either. I've been sick since the festival and haven't had the chance to bring it in to return. I'm not sure if I'll make the return window. Ended up with a cheap $10 charger that did a better job than this one did. Would be hesitant to go with anker again
