AWFUL AWFUL Target customer service experience. I ordered these online, realized when they arrived they were the wrong generation and don't fit my ears, had to return it in store but don't live close to one so I wasn't able to go until 10 days after the item was delivered. Their policy clearly states 14 days from when the item is shipped (not ordered, not delivered). I went to the store on day 14 of when the item was shipped, but 15 days after when the item was ordered, so they didn't let me return. Absolutely zero help from 3 customer service agents, including a phone call that hung up after I had been on hold. This is why I do not buy from Target - lesson learned

Very great product to me, came with updates and overall satisfied, especially because I went from AirPods 1st gen to AirPods 4. The other reviews I’ve seen that are bad is most likely due to the area they live in maybe. Mine came in a box, fully wrapped, and everything was in tact. In terms of fitting in the ear, it does not fall out for mine. The 1st generation always easily fit and I never could use the silicone tipped ones so to anyone who has an issue with those type, you’ll be good with this.

Really had a bad experience at this store, I try to return this item, they always have a full house, I could not come within the 90 days about 6 days after. They also said that I need it the box? Who keep the boxes of items? This item @apple es really bad design that’s why they are selling at discount. I know that I am one person and they may not care about my business but for the last 30 years I she. Been a loyal customer of @target until now, first the manager told me to call the 800 number for customer service then customer service said that they can no do anything for me then the manager neither help me or took me into any consideration. Really disappointed of this retail giant. #noconsideration
