I've been using my Apollo at bedtime for the past few months and really noticed a difference when I wake up in the morning. Through the app, I've scheduled the 'Unwind' vibe 30 minutes before I go to sleep and then the 'Sleep' vibe for another 30 minutes as I fall asleep. Would recommend Apollo to anyone who's looking for an alternative to a non-med sleep aid

I've used this for several months and find it very effective. It works exactly as described. Love that it's a 'natural' solution, with no side effects. Have recommended this to family and friends and will continue to do so. Would 100% purchase again.

I have been using the Apollo neuro (rose gold) for about a year. It has mostly helped with nausea and headaches and is soothing. I run it on a schedule using the app on my phone. I run programs often throughout the day and night and only have to charge it once for about 1 hour each day. I appreciate that there isn't a monthly or annual subscription required to use the basic features in the app. I also like that I don't have to find time to use it - it just runs on the schedule I set.

Received as an Xmas from work. This is not something I would normally purchase myself but I'm glad I received it. I use it regularly and have noticed it does help me sleep and relax. I usually wear it on my wrist or attached to a tank top. I wish it would tell me the time since I wear it on my wrist and it's kinda bulky so it looks like a watch. Would recommend.
