cheap as heck

i'm human, and sometimes i accidentally drop my laptop. it's usually not a problem, but when i dropped it with this charger, the plastic part by my laptop immediately bent. i got a second one, and the same thing happened again, this time instantly rendering the charger unusable. i've never had this problem before. i expect products to be able to handle a few bumps and won't be buying a charger from apple again.

faulty charger

Stopped working after 3 weeks. Waste of $30. SN apple has a limited warranty for one year on accessories. May be able to exchange it to an Apple Store. Haven’t tried it but that’s what I was told after calling customer service.

If you need a phone charger quickly then do not order from Target. First was supposed to be here by Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday (currently still shows Saturday) and it is now Sunday and UPS doesn't even have the package yet!!! Literally not one message from Target saying what is going on either! I'm not the person to check every second for when something is coming, but this is something I needed! How are you out of Apple iPhone chargers in September, and if you are, why are you not communicating with me! Atrocious customer service, was trying to avoid ordering through the big-A, but apparently that is what Target wants you to do!
