Q: Will the cord work for andriod auto?

  • A: This cable DID NOT work with Android Auto with a Pixel 7. It charged over the AA plug, but it did not project. I had to switch to a different USB-A to USB-C cable, which worked properly.

  • A: Hello, unfortunately a USB-C to USB-A cable won’t work directly with an iPhone 14 Plus for charging or data transfer, as the iPhone 14 Plus has a Lightning port, not a USB-C port. You’ll need a USB-A to Lightning cable or a USB-C to Lightning cable to connect it properly.

Not worth it

Bought this mostly for the 6ft length. It was the cheaper option but I figured a cord is a cord (especially by this point in advanced technology, this should just be default functionality). But it only connects one direction, not both as the point of USB C. And it charges slowly. My phone literally only says "Charging slowly" no matter how it's plugged in the wall. It also becomes disconnected easily. Not even worth the purchase.

The They Have Worked Very Well for Me

I bought one of these to replace a previous Heyday cord which got chewed up. I find the braided cable much sturdier than the plastic covering one usually sees. It will charge slowly or rapidly depending upon the type of charging base I plug it into. Since they are now on sale, I’m buying a backup.

SLOW CHARGING, DO NOT BUY

I bought three of these at the same time about 5 months ago, one for work, one for home, and one for my car. All three stopped working within a few days of each other. They no longer charge my phone battery, only showing "slow charging" with no actual increase in battery percentage. I usually love heyday products but this one was such a disappointment

Broken charging cables after a few months

Over 6 months, I have had two chords/block combos stop working for my galaxy 22. One overheats after a couple minutes and one just doesn't work. Unacceptable.
