Our new 16 Pro Max iPhones are just ok. They perform no better than our 13 Pro Max iPhones that we traded in. Super disappointed with the performance and these feel like Refurbished phones. I’m going to be reaching out to Apple soon to see what we can do about this!

Most days I get great service and love my phone. I like iPhone because it is just what I started out with. I’ve used android and windows a few years since smartphones came out but always go back to Apple for the stability of the os. It just works.

It’s an iPhone, so it works flawlessly, and it’s so easy to learn how to use. My first one was an iPhone 4, and now I’m on 16. Highly recommend the ProMax if you need the slightly larger screen. Much more user friendly.
