Iphone 17
The phone is flawed. The battery goes down faster than my 15. It glitches and is slow to change web addresses . The screen is not sensitive and does not respond to key strokes well. I am very disappointed and wish I had not upgraded.

Makes a happy camper
I love it and all the features of this phone. I didn’t realize how old my phone was until I received this one.

In store ordering is bad
In store option is a waste of time. Three orders and none in stock.

Bluetooth
Phone is pretty but comes with a few bugs, the Bluetooth does not work properly, it doesn’t connect properly to my car or earpiece. I constantly have to disconnect or unpaired to reconnect.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. The iPhone 17 Pro Max does have a more substantial feel compared to other models, and it makes sense that you noticed the difference. Apple increased the internal components and battery capacity to support the new camera system and performance upgrades, which can add to the overall weight. Many customers find that using a lighter case or a grip accessory helps make the phone feel more comfortable during daily use. We suggest you explore the iPhone User Guide: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/welcome/ios It’s a helpful resource with clear explanations of new features, tips for customizing your settings, and practical advice to improve battery life and overall performance. Your comfort matters, and we want to make sure you’re happy with your device. We're here to help you find the option that feels right for you. Thank you for being part of our community!

Lots of space, great camera.
Love the 1tb space so I dont have to worry about cleaning up picture and video folders. I hike with my dogs a lot and don’t want to delete a single moment. The camera works great for that as well.

Love the color, wish it was made of titanium.
The phone screen resolution and battery is amazing, but it’s a big for me tbh. Though the aluminum does feel premium material, I wish it came with titanium instead. The previous generation really felt like a high end phone. Now it feels a bit less luxurious(it still does feel luxury still) just not as much. Now the camera is amazing. I was able to take pictures of the stars and they came out very noticeable.

Not holding to their word
This phone came with multiple problems and we first went to the store in person days after receiving and they told us they would give us a new one for a restocking fee. Then we went to do that online and they told us they wouldn’t do it at all. Complete crap if ya ask me. Now we’re getting the run around and told to just contact apple.

Not an upgrade
Right off the bat the phone fills slower than the 15 Pro Max also had hopes that the camera would work better for QR codes, but it has the hardest time focusing in on PC symbols and QR codes

Hi, Aaron. Thank you for sharing your experience with your new device. Noticing slower performance compared to your previous phone — especially right after upgrading — can be really disappointing, and struggling to get the camera to focus on QR codes only adds to that frustration. We’re sorry that your iPhone 17 Pro Max isn’t meeting the expectations you had for speed and camera performance. A new device should feel like a clear step forward, and it’s understandable that this has been a letdown so far. If you haven't already, here are some quick fixes you should try: 1. Clean the camera lenses using a microfiber cloth. 2. Toggle Macro Control: Go to Settings → Camera Turn Macro Control ON Open Camera → move close to a QR code Tap the macro flower icon to force macro mode This often fixes the “wrong lens” issue. 3. Try the Built‑In Code Scanner: Sometimes the Camera app struggles, but the dedicated scanner works better: -Swipe down → search Code Scanner -Or go to Control Center → add Code Scanner 4. Check QR Code Settings: Settings → Camera → Scan QR Codes → make sure it’s ON. 5. Update iOS: Apple often patches camera bugs in minor updates. If the issue persists, we suggest going to Apple Support so they can run a camera diagnostic. We hope Apple can solve this quickly for you. Thank you for being part of AT&T.
