Lies!!!

I bought this back in December for my mom’s birthday and when I was chatting with one of the agents they told me all of their phones are unlocked, They are not!! They phone I got is unlock and they are refusing to unlock it without any charge! DO NOT BUY IT ITS NOT WORTH IT!!
