I was introduced to Aquaphor ointment by my dermatologist. This ointment is included in his post operative instructions for skin cancer removal wound care. I was really amazed how good this product works. I’m prone to basal cell skin lesions ( Irish fair skin) and this ointment has never failed to accelerate the healing process and is remarkable. We now use all of the adult Aquaphor products and they are all outstanding. Only recommendation is to do more advertising because like many people have never heard about it. Your products are the absolute best on the market and reasonably priced. Thank you.

Absolutely love this product. I first started using it for my son’s diaper rashes. My pediatrician recommended it because other ointments were making the rash worse. It literally cleared up within a day. I used it for all 4 of my kids for rashes and scratches. I also use it for my ezcema breakouts, heels and elbows, on my thighs for chafing when I run and removing eye makeup. I even use it on my face at night when it’s winter. It does have a greasy residue, especially if you put too much on. A little really goes a long way. My jar lasts nearly a whole year.

I have very sensitive eczema prone skin and never had an issue using this on my face. However, I’m recently battling a bad eczema flare up on my body (chest, stomach, and back) and using aquaphor on my body has only prolonged the itchy rashes. For those with eczema, please make sure you don’t have a sensitivity to lanolin (wool) before using!!!

This is better than any other rash ointment I've used on my child (i.e., Vaseline, zinc oxide). It does contain petrolatum like Vaseline but is more effective, as it has some additional ingredients. Buy this big jar if you plan to use a lot and want to save money.

You ever watch the movie My Big fat Greek wedding in the dad always uses Windex that's me but with aquaphor. I swear it's for EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. I want to be famous just to sponsor this brand. Aquaphor is more viscous than Vasoline and therefore provides a superior and longer lasting barrier to areas of skin that require coverage. Dermatologists recommend it over Vasoline. I’ve been an RN for 25 years and I’ve witnessed its superior effectiveness.

I saw this product advertised on TV and bought some to help with my dry skin. I just opened it today after I took my shower. I applied to my arms, legs & feet and felt like I was a greased piggy. I looked at the ingredients (after the fact) and they are not listed on the container. I figured out why, it’s just Vaseline. I will not be using again. It’s 6 hours later and my arms & legs still “feel” greasy. Does not absorb into the skin. It did not come in a box that listed ingredients either. I read lots of positive reviews on here, so maybe there’s some “magic ingredient” that helps with healing - but it feels and goes on like a very thick Vaseline.

I would give zero stars if I could. Claims to be latex free. Upon further research, some inactive ingredients included are made from latex. I had a SEVERE allergic reaction. I am allergic to latex and bought this thinking it was safe because it’s ‘latex free’. I was sadly mistaken. I am very disappointed because I just got a large tattoo so I got a big jar for aftercare so I just poured money down the drain.

So I use this as a moisturizer for my face- I have very dry skin and as you can imagine it’s even worse in the winter. Anyways I put this on in the morning and night along with my other skin care routine and it has absolutely SAVED my skin. I pray they don’t change the formula!

I bought this because my face has been dry and this product always made my face smooth when I would have allergic reactions. I opted to buy the big tub since the tube was 7 ounces left for 4 less dollars. My friend said she’s had her tub of aquaphor for almost two years now so I think this is a great investment for the price. Great for body face and lips
