If i could leave no stars i would. impossible to use. the lashes stick to the tweezers instead of your lash. burnt my eye. absolutely terrible.

I’m surprised I still have my sight honestly. This was the worst lash clusters I’ve ever experienced. The glue is equivalent to gorilla glue so good luck trying to use the lash remover included. Both glue and remover are so harsh on the eyes! I’ve lost most of my lashes and my eyes are still irritated. Super bummed that I didn’t look at the reviews prior to purchasing.

I normally swear by Ardell lashes, which is why I chose this product. The adhesive burns and destroyed my natural lashes. It was also near impossible to remove, even using the included remover. The remover also burns and irritated my eyes. I'm so upset with this.

This adhesive is AWFUL. I used these along with other clusters and the adhesive burned my eyes when applying just from the fumes. It also ruined my natural lashes and was near impossible to remove, even using the remover it comes with. The remover also burns and irritated my eyes.

these lashes were super easy to put on in my opinion, looked great, but were a horrible experience to remove. it took me so many hours to get them off, mostly with pulling and OTHER products, because the remover does not work. my natural lashes are now very damaged. will not be using these again.

I never used lash clusters before this and it was super hard for a beginner. It was super hard to put in the lastes with the way the tweezers were shaped and how small the lashes were. The glue is like super glue. It turns white when it drys and it burns really bad and my eye started watering making it even harder. I tryed to take it off with the remover and it didn't help all it did was make my eye all red and irritated. They pulled out my natural lashes when I got a chance to take them off. The only good thing was they looked good and lasted a while. I will not be repurchasing.

I bought this a couple days ago to use for my graduation. It took me ages to apply as the glue wouldn't come out of the bottle properly but let that slip. I've had them on for 24 hours now and my eyes are so irritated so I tried taking them off … it's next to impossible. My eyes have completely swollen up and are watering and nothing I have tried (the remover provided oil based makeup remover baby oil coconut oil) has worked. I'm having to book in to see a lash teck to remove them for me otherwise I'm worried more of my natural lashes will fall out.

Absolute worst product I have ever used. I have never encountered such poor quality lashes.They are horrific to manage the glue is next to useless.The remover did NOTHING.It burned my eyes like acid not even remotely coming close to removing the eyelashes.I lost half my eyelashes and I'm stuck with red swollen eyelids.The instructions was clearly written by somebody that had no idea what was going on...Ardell itself has no clear instructions on the product and only a under 1 minute video of somebody who clearly did not do those lashes themselves.Months before I will be able to wear lashes again!Totally not impressed by this product!

So I tried this for the first time… They were a little hard to get on, but they ended up looking really good for about a week… Then I decided I was ready to take them off so I used the oil remover that it came with… I could not for the life of me get these off my eyes. I let the stuff soak on there for 20 minutes and I still cannot get this glue unbonded. If you put these on your eyes, expect to have to get them taken off professionally otherwise it can be very dangerous for your real lashes. Not only that, but while you're wearing them, they feel very heavy on your normal eyelashes and can cause thinning.

BE CAREFUL. These are not for beginners! They are so small it’s hard to get them to stick. The lash glue is super glue not even the remover took them off easily they will NOT come off without a fight. The glue also has a slight burn to the eye when applying

It’s pretty… until you have to take them off. It’s beyond painful and I lost so many lashes. I have a chunk missing from them being ripped out. Save yourself the time and pain, get the glue and other lashes or get them done professionally. NOT, NOR EVER WILL BE, WORTH IT

I bought these lashes of the great experience I had with another lash set that I bought from thus same brand.My eyes are so irritated,my eyes are bald and still won't come off.the remover DOES NOT WORK it just made my eyes burn.worst lash brand ever don't buy!

The glue hardens like concrete and WILL NOT come off, when I finally got them after using the remover and Vaseline, half of my real lashes are gone, I had very long full lashes and now I have nothing.

DO NOT BUY!!!!I don't normally leave a review on stuff i buy but these were horrible. The glue itself felt like glue gun stick glue. It dried white and was SUPER DIFFICULT to use. It was so thick that I couldn't even get it out of the bottle. And don't get me started on the remover. The remover and the glue burned my entire eye and now my eyes are red and irritated. The remover is just like oil and it does not remove the lashes at all. I had the lashes on for about 7 to 8 days in which I got tired of them because they were becoming really dirty. So I tried to take them off and it took me over three hours pulling over 20 of my natural lashes. I already don't have lashes enough and this made it worse. My eyes are so irritated. I can't use these anymore. Please do not buy or if you do use a different glue and remover because this did not do anything besides cause harm. I'm glad I was able to remove them and not have to go to the ER to get them removed. I use coconut oil the remover two different lash removers from different sets and nothing took them off. I wish I got a refund. Somebody should definitely sue this company.

Pros: individual clusters give a nice, natural look. Easy to apply underneath lash. Glue lasts long. Cons: Glue & remover burns. Remover does not dissolve glue. Difficult to remove, rips out natural lashes. Glue dries slowly making adhesive frustrating at first. I recommend using a different glue, or seal and bond if choosing the set. The lashes themselves are great. However, the adhesive is not.

The glue was crusty when it dried and it’s almost impossible to remove without hurting my real lashes
