Q: Is it abrasive?
A: I have seen the abrasive chart arm and hammer advance white is 106 https://www.williamsonperio.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/Toothpaste-Abrasiveness-Ranked-by-RDA.pdf The other answer says it is in 70s.
submitted byXc - 1 year agoA: After using it 4 months, I can say it is very abrasive. I didn't notice it at first. I just thought it was tingly. Then my mouth, tongue, and lips swelled. Use caution. It whitens, but is abrasive

Q: What is the differnce between this toothpaste and Arm & Hammer Peroxicare?
A: Thank you for your question. The Advance White Stain Defense Extreme Whitening Baking Soda and Peroxide toothpaste has an RDA (Relative Dentin Abrasivity) of 70, while the PeroxiCare toothpaste has an RDA of 42. They have different mint flavors, too. Both are smooth pastes, that will penetrate tiny crevices to clean away deep stains with the power of baking soda and peroxide.
