Trust the reviews they flicker
I should’ve listened to the reviews. I just bought these lamps and brought them home and they’re both flickering right away. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning them and finding other lamps.

Stopped working after one day of light use
The moment I plugged this lamp in, it was flickering. The very next day it completely went out so I returned for a refund. Based on other reviews, it seems this is a faulty design. I have a lot of lamps, some purchased from Target, and others not, and I've never had a lamp go out like this.

Fix for flickering
Mine started flickering after about 5 years. Even with dimmable bulb. It's very easy to replace the lamp socket...a $5 part from Menards. I replaced with a simple standard 2 way on/off switch socket. Pic shows pkg with old socket beside it. Lamp with new socket. Videos on YouTube.Easy diy. I really like design of lamp but it's the only lamp in 35 years ( and I have a lot of lamps) I have ever had the switch fail.

Very pretty lamp but as the other reviews say, it flickers on the highest setting. Not a big deal but after having it for only 3 months it just stopped working. I checked the reviews and saw the same complaint by many other customers. Was going to exchange it until I realized it’s just a faulty design. Sad. It really is a lovely lamp. Target refunded me thankfully.

Flickers
Love the look but my first one broke a few months after using it. It will turn on but I have to fiddle with it so much to finally get it to turn on. Went and picked up another and it’s doing the same thing. Not worth it. Also bought a white dimmer studio McGee lamp last year and had the same issue. They need to just get rid of the dimmers
