Asutra’s Dream the Night Away Melatonin Lotion with Magnesium is the ultimate lotion for enhancing your bedtime routine. A mix of powerhouse ingredients create a sense of calm and soften your skin. One teaspoon (5 ml) contains 1.5 mg Melatonin, 130mg Magnesium, and 650 mg OptiMSM®. In each bottle, there is 60 mg. Melatonin, 5,200 mg of magnesium and 26,000 mg OptiMSM®. Would not recommend
I bought the 3 pack, applied as directed, it was watery, not lotion like, no scent of lemongrass at all. It did absolutely nothing for my sleep.

I don't see a lot of difference.

Falling asleep really is not my problem; it's staying asleep all night that I have trouble with. I wake up anywhere between 2-4 wide awake and have problems with getting enough deep sleep. I wear a Fitbit and I rarely get more than 30 minutes deep sleep.

Just started

I'm sleeping a bit longer without disruption. I gave it only 3 stars because I haven't used the product very long yet. I do love that I don't feel " drugged" in the morning. I like that it is applied topically and has a pleasant lemony aroma.

But had bizarre dreams near my usual 9 hour wake time. . I havent dreamed in ages. Used 4 pea sized amounts, Rubbed in 2 on each leg from thigh to bottom of feet. .
