Yes, it is safe to use during pregnancy, however, we recommend consulting your physician before using magnesium while pregnant. Taking magnesium during pregnancy is important as it supports building of bones, regulates insulin and blood sugar levels and the functioning of enzymes. During pregnancy, appropriate levels of magnesium help to keep the uterus from contracting prematurely. Moreover, it is also helpful in reducing leg cramps. Joint Pain Relief

Body butter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the feel of this product. It's creamy and rich. I rubbed it on my husband's sore back. He says that it really helps reduce the stiffness and pain after two sessions. I used it on my sore knees before I go to bed and I lcan tell a difference . I sleep better without waking up to adjust my pillow between my knees. It's a great product.
