If you are unable to pay via credit card for your ATT Prepaid, do not follow online advice that states to buy an ATT Prepaid Gift Card (from anywhere including Target). You will discover the service is horrible and if you cancel you can't get the money back. You can hardly reach customer service with ATT Prepaid and when you do the connections are so bad on their end (I had to call via google voice on wifi) that you can barely understand them and also they are not helpful and will tell you that you cannot get the money back. I spent $300 for a year of service and it is gone now.

Good news — the technical issues experienced in July 2024 in trying to redeem an AT&T prepaid card, appears to be resolved. I redeemed a card on August 7th, 2024 and didn’t experience any issues other than needing to solve a captcha. This is a big relief since buying these e-cards from Target is tax free and I can use Apple Pay.

Target’s e-gift Card portal has known issues. These cards cannot be redeemed unless you spend extensive time complaining and go through their Gift Card team. They basically take your money and you get nothing back. Theft.

I don’t recommend using this method it took 4 days for them to realize the problem with my email after 8 times of my calling and setting on the phone for almost an hour then target telling me to wait 4 hours to see if it would come knowing it would not be resolved they was being lazy but finally the someone figured it out but they don’t care about my time or there customer time that got wasted in the process the people who I talked too were getting paid to talk so I think I should be paying for my time

You can only use this to pay your bill if you have a pay as you go prepaid phone, or on accessories. If you are a regular AT&T customer, this will not work to pay your monthly bill for wireless or internet.

Bought all of the above card and they were delivered in 5 mins to my email. All cards worked without any problem and I'm happy that I choose these prepaid card as I didnt had to pay any tax while paying my ATT prepaid using these and I also got the 5% Target red card discount. No second thoughts, just go with these and save $$
