Low information
I’ve been buying ATT phone cards through the Target app for years. But lately there’s very little information about whether or not the card has data as well as talk and text. On Walmarts website I can find that information on their website so I’ll be getting my phone cards there from now on.

I bought an online digital At&T phone card for $40. The digital pin number they sent was invalid. I have spent 3 days now being harassed and disrespected and told that I can not get my $40 returned. Then I spoke to someone that refused to give me their name at target. I then requestedb manager of which probably wasn't a manager and gave me a name of Autumn, first name only, refused to give me a last name. She also was rude and told me to call some other number to try to get my money back. Talk about theft, dishonesty and abuse. Do Not deal with Target in Medford Oregon.

This review is not about the card itself but on the experience of purchasing it through Target. After paying extremely high phone bills with AT&T (especially because when you travel abroad frequently, your bill becomes astronomical), I decided to go prepaid. Since I was an existing AT&T customer and wasn't willing to change the number me and my parter had for 25 years, the only plan available to us was a 12 month plan for $25 a month, which means the entire plan had to be paid up front. So, I purchased a $300 card this morning to test it with one of the household phones first. Everything went smoothly. I got the card emailed to me just over an hour after purchasing it. Then, I went online and bought a second $300 for the other phone in the household. However, 12 minutes after purchasing, I received an email from Target saying the order was cancelled with vague explanation that didn't apply to my case. I checked my credit card and the payment was approved, which means the cancellation was Target's decision . It wasn't an issue with my CC. So, I asked my husband to buy the second card using his name and his credit card. He attempted to buy the phone card twice and twice, Target canceled the payment without clear explanation. I am 99.99% sure that this is related to our physical address or IP address where some cyber security rules triggered some fraud alert (I work in technology and know how these alerts can be setup) but Target is ignoring that more than one person may live at the same household and might want to purchase phones around the same time but the lack of transparency is what rendered us helpless and I am now boarding a plane to London without a working phone, since I have been unable to add the credit to my phone, which AT&T doesn't allow even inbound calls in such cases.
