T-Mobile Prepaid Refill eCard (Email Delivery)

I never normally write a review. If I could I would give this product zero stars. I purchased two $100 prepaid cards and received one but not the other. I called target.com and they stated that there is no way that could have happened and they told me to wait 24 hours so I did. I also called T-Mobile and they stated they could not do anything on there end. I then called Target again and they stated that I was lying and to call T-Mobile. So I called again to T-Mobileand they said to try and stop payment on the card and so I did but Target put another charge on my card for the amount. I will never be buying this again and I suggest you don’t either if you want to loose $100.

I intended to put this comment in the feedback area or a survey, but both aren't opening, so please fix that problem. This is a T-Mobile refill card, however not all the price options are listed. Why come to Target if you can get the refill cards cheaper at T-Mobile? Customers should be able to choose payments starting as low as 10 dollars on up. It’s really about how much is due on the phone bill. I needed a $10 refill card, but had to pay $40, because that was the lowest amount posted on target. Please post all the price options or allow customers to type in how much they want to pay. The card loads great without any problems and the delivery to email is fast.

Card was redeemed and no refund will be issued. Don't waste your money target will not help you and give you the cold shoulder

Must have ordered t-mobile gift cards through Target at least a dozen times by now. Encountered zero issues.

Received fast in email easy to you

Charged my card and never received email. Called customer service and they said I would be sent and to wait but still never received anything. Waste of money

I've been refilling my T-mobile sim card every time I visit the US since my card is accepted by Target payment methods. I haven't had any problems until my last purchase. The eCard cannot be viewed so I cannot redeem my refill and it's non-refundable. The customer support of the eGift provider sucks so it's still not resolved. Just buy straight from the T-mobile website. Safe, fast, and easy with more chances of T-mobile staff to help you resolve potential issues.

Never received Email! Checked spam mail and no luck

I cannot even view this ecard. There was an error saying “Your eCard cannot be viewed this time” i wasted my $40

Ordered online and got email receipt but no email for prepaid card. It was supposed to arrive within 4 hours but it's now 48 hours. Not in spam folder, not anywhere. Same thing happened with a $5 bonus card from an online order last week. NO MORE ORDERING GIFT CARD DEALS ON TARGET.COM

Order two T-Mobile cards was suppose to get the code for cards within four hours it didn’t come after 6 hours so I requested a refund and was offered a gift card in return

Getting all these taxes and fees tacked on now, why this change?

I used to get a $60 gift card for $57 thanks to my redcard. Now there's about $6 of extra taxes added on that were never there before (and others have noted this too). Really disappointed to see this.

Target sells used gift cards and will not issue a refund.

Sales tax and 911 fee now charged!!! Ridiculous buy elsewhere so sad now very unhappy :(

Used to be no sales tax, now charged taxes on this.

Good price & easy to refill

It does take some time to activate and finally get the funds on to your phone. I did not have any trouble receiving the activation link etc.
