Account funds are non-transferable and non-refundable. 4. Calls to Boost Mobile Customer Care and emergency 911 are possible even if account has expired. 5. Coverage and offers not available everywhere. 6. Some wireless content may be downloaded and paid for by deducting the cost of content from account balance. 7. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. 8. Don't buy Boost Mobile prepaid card from Target.
I purchased a prepaid card in store and was unable to get it to work. I ended up taking it to a Boost Mobile store and was told that the card was never activated when it was purchased. I brought the card back to Target and was told that I needed to contact Boost Mobile directly to get the card activated. The customer service at Boost Mobile was a horrible experience. They accomplished nothing in the hour I spent on the phone. The only advice they gave me was to bring the card back to Target. I feel like I threw $35 in the trash.

Failed Twice
I’m out of minutes on my phone, so I ordered a Boost mobile phone card. The app notifies me an email has been sent. Over two hours later, I have received no email. I try to get help through the app, but the app won’t let allow any issue to be reported because this purchase is not eligible for return. So I contact customer service through the website. No help there either. After providing my order # I’m told the email looks like it was sent. I’m told to call Target. That’s funny, because there aren’t any minutes on my phone. Believing there was some kind of glitch, as I have received many many emails from Target, I ordered another Boost mobile phone card. Again the app reports ending the email, again I receive nothing, again I’m told to call customer service. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable customer service. I’m going to have to go to a Boost mobile store to directly order minutes for a THIRD time just so I can call Target myself. Save yourself a headache, don’t buy Boost mobile phone minutes through the Target app. Something is wrong with the electronic delivery system.

Great way to top up your Boost account
This is a great way to top up your boost mobile account. I've been using this system for at least 2 years, and only had trouble getting the email 1 time. And then they corrected the problem so it all worked out. If you use your red card you save 5 percent so that's a bonus also. Watch for sales cause then it's an even bigger bonus.
