Q: I am trying to redeem my prepaid gift card in my verizon account to my bill. When I am redeeming, It asks me to enter a 6 or 8 digit pins, however, the gift card I receive has 15 digit pins and I could not redeem it.

Q: How much time does $75 get you?
A: If by "time" you mean minutes of talk all the current plans have unlimited talk and text. If you mean how many days that depends on what plan you have, if you use auto pay and how long you have had the phone active; $75 would buy you as short as 30 days or as long as 90 days. To get 90 days you would have to have auto pay and have had the account for at least 10 months on the 5 gigabyte a month plan. To only get 30 days you would not have auto pay and have had the phone active for less than 3 months on an "unlimited" data plan. If you have an old grandfathered plan you will have to Read The Fine Manual for your particular plan.

Q: Can you pay your Verizon Fios bill with this gift card?
A: No, Verizon keeps wireless and land line separate. I wish I had Fios available, the glass stopped a half mile away from my premises.

Q: Is this for unlimited text, talk, and data?
A: Noor, you can use it for any plan; it just adds the dollar value for whatever you choose. If you use the Target card, you get 5% off the price and there is no tax charged either.

Q: Can the $30 Verizon card be used with Samsung 5s or 6s? I use the $40 prepaid but I don't need 3 gb.
A: Nanci, the card is just a dollar amount to store on you account. If you don't need to use the full $30. You can say use $20 out of the $30 and have $10 left as credit for a following month. I like buying my prepaid cards from Target because the give me 5% off if I use their store card and they don't charge tax either. My $50 plan only costs $47 with the Target card versus $53 through Verizon.

Depending on if your phone is GSM or CDMA would determine rather a specific carrier would work with your phone. The same phone can be either GSM or CDMA or both if unlocked. A: No, only Verizon prepaid. ATT and Straight Talk have their own cards.
