Q: If it is an oil based product, how does it not move all over the place while shaving or does it just stay in place like your regular shaving cream does?

A: I have this product and it works in the same way as a regular shaving cream! The benefits of using an oil are that it clogs your razor much less and offers much higher hydration. I highly recommend.

I really like this! It smells great and it isn’t a runny oil. It has a gel-like consistency, so it doesn’t just roll off your skin before you can apply it. The scent and the gel formula make it feel like a luxury body care product you will actually enjoy using, not like a boring vegetable oil or baby oil!

I ordered this after receiving an email saying that the regular shaving cream would no longer be shipped. I haven’t tried a shave oil before and I was skeptical. First, I was glad that the scent came in Petal Bloom like the regular shaving cream. Second, it goes on easy and the razor glides right over it. I am very happy with this shave oil and I feel that my skin is nice and moisturizers after using. The only downfall is I feel like a lot of product gets used every time and I’m not sure how long a bottle will last. Overall, I am really pleased with this product.

I love Athena Club. I used their razors for years. I usually use tree hut oil for shaving but i dont like most of their scents. I saw this and immediately purchased it. I read a few reviews about the scent not being great. It could be a little better but its certainly a deal breaker. Howevere, for an oil, its not very "oily" if that makes sense...I have to use a lot more than the tree hut brand to have my razor glide the way it should and it costs more. I will finish it but i wont buy it again.

This is the best shave oil I've tried so far. I have thick, dark, course hair and a little goes a long way with this stuff. I was using Tree Hut shave oil and for the price I was running out way too soon. This stuff I've barely used a quarter of the bottle over the span of almost a month. The scent is LOVELY, whoever wrote the review saying it smells like pickles, get your nose checked. This stuff is 10/10
