Low Sugar Coffee Cake
This reminds me of a coffee cake I used to make before I had to limit my carbs. Great texture and taste without a bunch of sugar. It’s good as a breakfast, snack, or dessert. With 15g of protein it’s considered a meal bar but since it has just 190 calories, I include something else if I’m eating it at breakfast.

This is my first order of these, and I absolutely love the taste! My problem is it’s like eat more than one of these a day and I am running out, but I’m also concerned about the weight. I probably gonna put on but they are very, very good and I highly recommend them.!

Chalky (powdery) taste in each bite. They are good enough to finish so I don’t waste my money but I won’t buy again.

The fat that it has 15 grams of protein is a really important reason that I buy them. It’s hard for me to get enough protein every meal, but this helps a lot.

It kind of feels like I'm eating a cookie, but I feel better about it because it is packed with protein (filling enough when you just got to quickly run out the door) and is low in sugar. I don't experience any sugar crashes and it holds me over for the morning. It's nice and soft. Only worry is that I need to make sure it doesn't get smooshed in my bag before I get to eat it
