A: Yes, my hair is a 2a/2b, but it dries into a knotted mess if I leave it in a bun too long. Works best when used with a sturdy brush while my hair is completely dry to soften the hair for detangling.

I bought this product some few months ago, I love it, all aunty Jacky products r great and never dissapoint, but my scalp gets so itchy, and for 3 days now my face has been swelling, so I washed my hair today applied knot on my watch... Yoh I can't, waiting to see if I can spend the whole night without washing it. What could be the problem?

This work magic on my daughters tangled hair our hair is wavy since not curly or straight our hair gets in knots I myself brush my hair every hour and have a knot already but for my daughter it’s harder so by the next day it’s like a nest so this works so well less crying just leave in for some mins come back and still tug a little bit compared to before would be hours I have purchased several detangling products and this one worked the best

I’ve used it 3 times. 2 for restyle without washing because I’m loosing so much hair from 6 months after COVID. It untangles it so well that I’m loosing 1/32 compared to what I was loosing!

Not on my watch saved my hair, when I take braids down my hair would lock. Not on my watch instantly detangles and loosens the dead hair that would have shed that is locked into my hair. Now I have learned to keep my hair hydrated while wearing braids. Then when I take the braids out, I use Not on my watch instantly my hair before shampooing to detangle my hair and this prevents breakage and locking of my hair which causes a lot of breakage and damage. Thank you for creating such an amazing product and hair saver.

This is the only product that has helped detangle my toddlers matted hair in the morning. Detangle sprays just dont cut it. I get the tangles out fast with no tears! Plus it smells like starburst gummies 🤪

I used this for the first time today after running out of my usual detangler. I am really impressed! My 4C hair tangles really easily and I struggle with breakage. I cut my detangling time in half and my hair feels really soft. I am definitely a fan and look forward to trying some of the other products.

I just purchased this hair product... It is hands down the best leave in detangler I've ever tried... When it says that it instantly detangles, they aren't lying... I have thick wavy hair & this product is an absolute miracle worker... So happy that I took a chance on it... I 100% recommend.
