This item must be returned within 90 days of the date it was purchased in store, delivered to the guest, delivered by a Shipt shopper, or picked up by the guest.
The description advises to use a cup which is 3" in diameter or less. I ordered a 7oz cup which was 2 3/4" in diameter and could not pull the cup through. The cup retention system is way too narrow.

Simple and clean design. Works with the unit nicely. If you wish to fit this directly under a countertop, you'll need some extra height to fit the cup holder too. This was our only issue.

The dispenser is simple to mount, Avalon provides the range of water cup sizes that dispenser can accommodate, but this really leaves something to be desired. The diameter of the cup's top rim is what's most important to ensure when dispensing a cup, only one cup comes out. I've tried 4, 6, 7, 10oz cups, plastic and paper and have yet to determine what water cup should be used. In my opinion, the aluminum tensioner that holds the cups in place makes it a clunky setup.
