Keeps my family moving. Very educationally oriented, yet still so much fun. Love the toy and the fact that it's not connected to the internet during play. My only suggestion to the creators of the game: please add games with upper level math and reading skills too, beyond kindergarten skills.

I really like it keeps the girls busy! Just having a little trouble with movements, i know it tells you to stat in one spot but my girls are 4 and 5 and move all over the place and it just does not stay with the movement and yes i have tried repositioning the camera. But its good for learning and movement

I really wanted to like this, but complete crap
I returned it. It was extremely frustrating for a 5 year old with coordination issues. It was also really bad at “finding” my son/myself because we have our tv in front of our couch (like most people) and this device prefers a more simple background to work properly.

We did have an issue with the sensors picking up my 5 year old which made it frustrating for her. She did enjoy the game choices and once she got the hang of it loves it!

The LeapStart system and My Pal Scout have been game changers for early learning. My child picked up new words quickly and actually looks forward to reading time. The interactive features are intuitive and engaging without being overstimulating. The only downside is the camera 📷 is a bit blurry. But the educational value of the toys more than makes up for it. I’d definitely recommend LeapFrog to any parent looking to boost their child’s literacy and vocabulary in a fun way.

It was fairly easy to set up and there is quite a variety of games for them to choose from. The fact they can see themselves “in” the game added a super fun element and I love they could all play at the same time too. I look forward to them continuing to play while simultaneously working on basic skills like math and reading. A great product and I am looking to get one for my niece and nephew for Christmas as well!

Fun interactive game for all ages

At first my almost 5 year old kid was excited to try this, but he was getting discouraged as it does take a bit to get the concept and figure it out. We tried a few times and then waited another week or so before suggesting it again. He tried it again, but was much better using it and now wants to play it every day. More so physical activity based, but there are some math games from what we have come across in this game so far. Overall, I recommend this product.

It was super easy to set up and get her going! It’s small enough that it doesn’t take up slot of space on my tv stand. This is the perfect thing to have right now as our teachers are on strike so my daughter can still continue to work in her learning!

I do think this would be great until around the age of six after that, the games may seem a little bit juvenile. The set up is really easy, the gaming unit is plug and play. Mounting is easy as well, you can either mount it above the television or underneath.
