The LeapTV was easy to set up and great for your 1
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LeapTV was easy to set up and doesn't need Wi-Fi. My 4-year-old found it fun but often got upset because the camera wouldn't register her. For a kids' camera game, the camera shouldn't be so strict about where you stand. It needs a way to track movements and see if you're doing it right. My 10-year-old loves it.

Such a fun game
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a fun game for my 5 year old. There are educational games and games to keep them moving and active. The sensors are very sensitive and some are difficult for my daughter to complete some actions due to her arms not being long enough to reach some of the menu items. No one else can be in range of the sensor not even pets. It kept sending our dog making it difficult to play in some instances.

LeapFrog LeapMove
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LeapFrog LeapMove is a motion based learning system that gets kids moving while practicing early skills. The setup is simple just plug into the TV and the built-in camera lets my child use his body to control games. The curriculum is solid and the games are genuinely engaging, which keeps my son active and learning. The main drawback is the camera resolution. It’s clearly designed for basic silhouette tracking, not crisp video, and it sometimes struggles to capture my child’s outline if lighting is dim or the background is busy. We had to experiment with distance, lighting, and camera angle to get consistent tracking. If you can provide good lighting and don’t expect high-definition visuals,The LeapFrog LeapMove delivers an interactive way to combine movement and early education.

Leap game!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took my kids awhile to get into this but they do enjoy playing it. The quality isn’t the greatest and it’s sometimes difficult to for the camera to pick them up. I like that it teaches educational. Overall, it’s a great game to occupy them! My kids are 4 and 7.

Very easy to start playing, great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kids loved this interactive game. Its very easy to plug in to the TV and start playing. The device comes with all the necessary plugs to plug it in and play right away. There is no downloading time for anything. You are able to create multiple profiles so each child can have their own account and track their own progress. The kids had fun with this for hours, and the fact that it had them up on their feet to play and interact physically was great!

Trial and error necessary
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love the LeapFrog LeapMove because the concept is fantastic — a fun, educational, motion-based system that gets kids moving while learning. I like that it plugs right into the TV, doesn’t require Wi-Fi, and has different difficulty levels so it can grow with your child. The characters and games are very creative, and I can see how it would be a hit for kids who enjoy active, screen-based play. That said, my son (age 5) struggled quite a bit with the motion tracking. He tried about ten times to move the diamonds in a math activity and could never get it to work properly. After that, he was over it and didn’t want to try again. Unfortunately, the frustration outweighed the fun. I think if there were some kind of remote or handheld option to go along with the camera, it would cut down on the errors and make the experience less stressful. Overall, I think this could be a nice learning tool if your child has a high tolerance for trial-and-error and enjoys motion-based play. For kids like mine, who get discouraged easily when technology doesn’t cooperate, it may not be the best fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves the interactive game play! It was so easy to setup and perfect for a rainy day. I love how many game options there are and the learning features included in each. The toy looks durable, it just has to be on a flat surface to work. Very impressed with this toy!

A plug-and-play, motion-based learning console
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set up the LeapMove for my son and he dove right into it, no controllers, just movement. Within minutes, he was jumping, dodging, and waving his arms as the full-body ‘controller’. From what I’ve seen so far, it’s the perfect blend of fun and learning, it gets kids off the couch and moving, while subtly building school readiness.

Fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit confused how to use it. Lol. It’s definitely a bit high tech for kid to play. Mine got it broke after a week. But it was fun and she loves it. We consider getting another one

Immersive and interactive games
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 year old is obsessed with the LeapFrog LeapMove! Her favorite is the math game where she jumps and waves to catch numbers and it makes learning feel like play. Setup was super easy (just plug into the TV), and I love that it does not need WiFi or subscriptions. She stays active, learns while she moves, and giggles the whole time. Definitely good for kids younger as well, but this will be a fun addition to her homeschool games.
