  • A: There are 3 drain plugs in the rear to drain/flush. And no I do not believe it keeps ice frozen. I've had mine for a couple months now and the ice maker cycles often to replace melted ice.

  • A: I don't think so. Mine cycles regularly 24/7 as ice melts. I keep a bag in my (too small) freezer so I can turn the ice feature off if I want (it is pretty noizy).

  • A: Somewhat as it comes with a plastic bracket to screw it into the floor to keep it from falling over. How well that would deter a determined attacking Sumo kid is anyone's guess.

  • A: No but you have to push and hold the hot button for 3 at the same time as the big cup button. Once it starts flowing you can stop pushing the hot button. The hot trickles out ( 1 min to fill my mug)

  • A: I can't measure but I'd say 6ft. Experts would say NO to extension cord. But they make extra heavy short 10ft or less extension cords for small ac units that work fine with only one device plugged in.

    Not satisfied at this time

    Our water cooler is not cooling the water. We are not sure what’s going on with it. So far, we really have not been able to utilize it to. It’s full use.

    Loved it up until recently

    I have had it almost a year and it stop making ice water and ice a few months back I have dumped the water lines according to the instruction and looked into the back and did not see any loose wires.

    Hopefully this is a one-off..

    The water cooling feature works, and the product makes ice, however - the corkscrew paddle to push the ice out is wired to turn in the wrong direction, so ice does not dispense when the trigger is pushed, and instead spontaneously drops ice all over the floor when it's attempting to make room in the ice reservoir.

    I'm not sure

    I bought the water dispenser on March 17 2026. It was amazing, everyone in my family love it but some how I'm not sure on July 23 2026, the ice button light start to bling nonstop, no matter what we try to do. I did all the circle clean and drain all the water three time already turn it off overnight is still blinking nonstop until now. I don’t know what to do and I need help.

    I love this water ice dispenser

    It is so easy to use especially that it refills from the bottles from the down to up. No more having to tip up a 5 gallon jug of water on top of a cooler.
