Description
The Avalon 3 Temperature Bottom Loading Water Cooler with Child Safety Lock is made with an innovative stainless steel body. It offers a choice of 3 water temperatures. The easy-to-use push button spouts make it so much more convenient to use. Simply press the temperature button of choice and allow the water to flow from the given spout. The machines highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold at approximately 47° F without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. Due to the extremely hot water, we've added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. We have incorporated a nightlight that can be switched on from the back of the unit. This will make filling up your cup at night so much more simple and easy. The dispensing area is 12x3x10 inches with 9 inches of space below the spouts. This will accommodate most large cups or bottles. There is a removable drip tray at the bottom of the dispensing area to catch any drips or spills. This water cooler is bottom loading with a cabinet to hold 3 or 5 gallon bottles. The water is pumped from the bottle through the machine. There is also an empty-bottle indicator that will light up when the bottle needs to be replaced. The water cooler is UL listed and complies with all standards of Energy Star. The unit dimensions are 41x12x13 inches.

A: Yes, you can use a 5 Gallon water bottle for this device. I've been using the 5 Gallon Poland Spring bottle for this device.

Q: Can I use a glass 5 gallon with this?

A: Hi Natalie, Yes, a 5-gallon glass bottle will be compatible with this unit. Most glass bottles are designed with a twist on/off cap so they can be refilled and stored. Some of these bottles tend to have a more narrow neck and can be a bit too narrow to connect to the probe properly. This replaces our previous Avalon water cooler which failed due to a Hot Water Leak. We liked the unit. This one does not work as smoothly however. The hope is that the despensing valvs will 'loosen-up' just a bit with use.

Pump lasted less then 3 years
I have purchase this water cooler in less then 3 years ago and the pump stop working. I'm quite disappointed as i truly believed that as company claims it should last from 6-8 year.

Perfection
I’ve had this for 2 weeks and it’s great! The water is super cold and the pump is way quieter than my last cooler. The night light is also a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

Keep recieving damaged equipment
They gave me the item the first time broken, it was making a loud sound and it was not cooling and heating. it was a hassle to return I had to drop to ups it cost 5 dollars cause I had to print return label there. Then they shipped me a unit that works better, but it has a large dent on the side, I am not dealing with returning again it’s a hassle, they need to owe me some compensation for constantly sending me a damaged unit. Most if their coolers is damaged eaither faulty manufacturing or damaged through shippi g

Nice Dispenser
Have had for a week and so far it has worked as should. Had a small dent on door that was before packing because box had no marks on it, did not effect the dispenser use at all. Hot water dispenses much faster than cool and cold wish they were all equal to the hot water flow.
