Q: I came see the buttons for cold and hot water. Does it have an option to dispense at room temperature ? Also can I close and/or disconnect pet dispenser?

A: No room temp option but you could shut off the cold or hot switch and then it would be room temp though. Yes the pet dispenser doesnt have to be attached and it has little panels to seal the bottom.

A: Not sure how big the reservoir is exactly but it holds a lot of water you should have no problem filling the jug.

A: You can use any 5 or 3 gallon bottle with our dispensers with the exception of the brand American Maid and Glass bottles. The way the neck of the bottles are manufactured makes them incompatible with our dispensers. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Q: Defective cooler? When I push in the pet bowl, on any side of the cooler, a small stream of water comes out automatically and does not stop until I disconnect it. Am i doing something wrong?

Works great! My only complaint is that the "dog bowl" is very large and holds a LOT of water. Maybe not an issue for most dog owners, but not ideal for my cats. I empty the water bowl frequently, as cats can be particular about having fresh water. This bowl holds more than they can drink in a week. Fortunately, the bowl is totally optional, so I removed it and am very happy with the functionality of the rest of this product.

Leaks water all over the floor. Cool idea with giving your pet filtered water hassle free but it seems to not be sealed up right. Was not able to test the hot water function but I think the cold worked. Also came damaged so it's not that protected during shipping.

Not worth it because it wastes water. I liked this dispenser until I realized it was slowly dripping water into the drip tray throughout the day, amounting to a loss of two cups of water per day. Will have to return due to this defect.

I love the instant hot and cold water and the dog water is a huge plus! The only thing missing was the appropriate lid needed for the water in order to use this right away. I had to order this and wait as my local stores did not have the lid. I read some complaints on the noise and this does make a loud noise if the metal plate is not positioned just right. Once this was fixed I can no longer hear it heat and cool. Great product!

This is a definite must have if you have animals! My only complaint is I didn't buy it sooner. I was the one that always gave my animals bottled water and this just makes it more convenient all the way around. And I'm also reducing my carbon footprint by not buying so many cases of water. Highly recommend this purchase!

This machine is SUPERB! I have 3 dogs and pet-sit 4 other dogs belonging to my parents. So basically I have 7 dogs who adore this machine. Easy to set up, quiet, attractive and the water is ice cold! It’s one of my best purchases this year. If you love dogs and have the funding, this is a must have item. The dog kisses will be coming!
