Q: What plastic free options are available for the long tube that goes into water bottle and the tubing from bottle to spigot? Also, you say that glass bottles don’t fit. Is that new? Because a unit we purchased in 2020 fit glass bottles just fine.

  • A: Thank you for contacting us with your inquiry. The bottom load units have stainless hot and cold reservoirs. The plastic the water comes in contact with is limited to the bottle probe, polypropylene bottle probe line, and the internal water pump. All water contact surfaces are BPA free.

Two that we know for certain are the brand American Maid brand and Glass bottles. The way the bottles are manufactured makes them incompatible with our dispensers due to the circumference and length of the neck

Do not buy this! I got this yesterday plug it in. One hour later no hot water. The water is just dripping from the dispenser. And now I need to take this to get a refund and waste my time and gas !? Dont buy it

Stop working just when past the warrntay one year

Work just one year and one week after that not working anymore and Warrntay is one year mean you pay for one year service waste your money don’t pay it .

Okay, not great

It does the job but not great. We had the same issue with hot water as other reviewers mentioned—it was constantly streaming when it was plugged in. My husband watched a YouTube video and called the service number and was able to troubleshoot it. We’ve had it about a month and it is starting to make a loud noise when it’s pumping water. Also there is only a lock on the hot water, no master lock.

Works very well- nice cold water and very hot when we need it. It does make some noise when cooling but nothing we notice or find problematic. We are very happy with this purchase and it so aesthetically pleasing enough that we don’t mind it in the kitchen.

Piece of junk!!!!

The water dispenser came out of the package nice. Installed it and everything, was about to walk away then I heard a leaking sound. I opened the bottom loading door and lo and behold IT WAS LEAKING. What a piece of trash. It took a week and a half to ship just for that. Save your time and money.

This is junk. Do NOT buy this.

Got it today. Packaging looks very good. No damage at all. Unpacked it, installed the water bottle according to instructions(I've done this before), and plugged it in. The pump immediately began sucking water from the 5 gallon bottle into the top part of the machine. Then I realized something's wrong. The water drips from the sprout even though I did not dispense. Not just one sprout(the cool temperature one), but also occassionally from the hot sprout. Then I let the machine to run for a while to get to the working temperature. The instructions say cooling takes 1 hour and heating takes 15 min. Ok. Guess what, the water still drips. But when I did press the top dispense button(there are 3 of them, hot, cold and cool), no water comes out, other than the occassional dripping. The water tray catching the droppings from the sprout is filling up, but no dispense what so ever. I'm deeply disappointed this beautiful looking machine is piece of junk that doesn't even function. It's probably just poor quality control. From now on I'll avoid primo machines at all cost.

Good Quality

This water dispenser was an upgrade from my previous top-loading dispenser. The bottom loading and the night light is very convenient. The only negative thing is that this water dispenser is actually quite loud when it is running.
