If you press and hold the unlock button for two seconds, the screen will then display the feature "Loc". Afterward, press "7" and "9" in consecutive order within 10 seconds, and the screen should then display "ULoc". Have a great day!

Good microwave jsut takes a little longer to heat
The Black+Decker microwave works well overall and is reliable for everyday use. It has a good size and is easy to operate with simple controls. While it does heat food evenly, it does take longer than expected to fully warm up meals compared to other microwaves I’ve used. It still gets the job done, just with a bit of extra time. Overall, it’s a solid microwave for basic needs if you don’t mind waiting a little longer for food to get hot.

Buy something else.
Garbage. Arrived in a massive box that the delivery person couldn't manage. It wasn't labeled fragile and instead of packing a glass blender and microwave separately they were in the same box. Microwave package had obviously been open before and the door was partly open when I got it. Manual had been used. Probably by someone who tried to open it without following the very hard to deal with instructions. Door doesn't seem to close properly. The buttons on the machine are hard to read. I tried to use it. Managed to turn it on, but I don't like the idea of trying to use a microwave that might not close properly . Overall, a badly designed microwave that arrived damaged.

Has a lot of features but the heating is slow. I downgraded from a 1000W to this 700W and didn't expect that much of a difference. The heating time is almost double in this. What heated up in 30 seconds in a 1000w, heats up in 1 minute in this one.
