A: Per page EN-14 in manual: Press "7" , "9" in consecutive order and then press and hold Unlock for three seconds within 30 seconds, the screen will display "ULoc", indicating the successful deactivation of the safety lock.

If you press and hold the unlock button for two seconds, the screen will display the feature "Loc." Disappointment! May be just a fluke for the brand, but it only worked twice before it shut off mid cycle and would not heat up food at all after that. It shouldn't overheat while cooking a Stouffer's fettuccine. The return process with Target was super easy though.

Arrived damaged
This is more a review about Target. Microwave shipped in original box, which is not sturdy enough for shipping. Box arrived unsealed, and one side of the box was ripped apart, I think where the delivery person tried to hold it. The other sid3 of the box was smashed in. Maybe spend the money and put it in a packing box to deliver.

So disappointed.
Was happy to receive my item, only to receive it damaged. Unusable. There is only packing foam on the top and bottom of the microwave. Nothing covering the door. I feel like someone played football with this package like Ace Ventura. Customer Service was pleasant and gave a refund..although I would have preferred a replacement from in the store-this price was a good deal. If you have to have this shipped to you...don't order it. You take a big risk with it arriving damaged.

The microwave died one year after purchase. Otherwise, it was a good choice. Manufacturer warranty is only one year. I didn’t buy the warrant from Target, but I believe it too was only one year.

Package was dumped at my door by the Fed Ex person as I was home. My dog got my attention and I opened the door and found this damaged package.
Broken glass rattled from within. This package was 3 days late from the issuing order. FedEx said the building was closed. I live here, this is my residence and the intercom allows me to let people in when they notify me. No notification from FedEx from the intercom. We have camera surveillance. I would've loved this had FedEx delivered it intact and on time. I suggest you contact FedEx.
