Q: What is the model #? The 800 # you list can't provide the dimensions without it. Target should at least put the dimensions and wattage on these listings.

Most microwave instructions on food packaging is based on an 1100 Watt oven. I wanted something in that range and found this 1000 Watt unit. The 100 Watt difference is negligible and provides a $50-$100 savings over 1100 Watt units. It is very spacious and works very well. Black & Decker has always been a reliable brand and does not disappoint here.

The microwave was purchased in August 2021. At first, I found it complicated to use. Now I appreciate the microwave's versatility and use most of its functions frequently. It is challenging to keep clean. I would have appreciated more information about keeping it clean. Also, there is no information about how to replace the grill pan, grill rack, and silicone grill rack feet. The grill rack has punched through all 6 of the silicone feet.

Seems really putsy to program, even the microwave function which is the "Primary" function. They really need to have a more complete manual or at least give you a link to go online to download or read a better manual. The one that comes with the unit is virtually useless and doesn't cover half of the features that the unit has. I just got it and haven't tried all the functions so can't speak to the quality or ease of cleaning yet. Thinking of returning.

I purchased this because the features and reviews looked like a good fit for me. After setting it up and reading additional space requirement needs, I realized it would not work in my kitchen. The detailed guide says you need to have a 12 inch buffer from the top of the appliance to the bottom of the cabinet or shelf it will sit under. There is typically only 18” available and most of that is taken up by the appliance itself. This info should be included in the Target website description.

Had this for six months barely used because it's so annoying to turn the knobs and read the manual constantly because it is too confusing! Today I went to air fry fries because it was too hot to use my oven and the glass spinning tray broke in pieces several minutes into the 22 minutes. Not worth it. It is also big, bulky, hot and noisy
