Q: mine doesnt heat up anything. at all. I qwnt ovwe the directions 10 times. Power mode is left on 10. Assuming thats the highest and factory set. time cook. 10 00 I am assuming is ten minutes. ????

The unit requires a minimum clearance of 12 inches (30 cm) above the oven and at least 3 inches (8 cm) between the oven and any adjacent walls. Was last one in store. Didn't look like a return. My previous one I had since 2014. Use it daily. Anyway...Was happy for new one however didn't heat anything up. Nothing.Was delivered from store. Dont know how I will get it back. Cant see the panel. Doesnt light up and the selection font is small.

This microwave is really good. It has features I like such as just pressing 3 and it cooks on high for 3 minutes without having to press start. It's got an add 30 seconds button. It's the right wattage to warm things as they suggest on the label without having to adjust the time.

Can I tell you how much I love this machine! The handle makes it easy to open. It doesn't have that push button thing. It doesn't slam when you close it. It runs so quiet, you almost don't realize it's running. It warms quickly with easy 30 seconds and minute buttons. Although the inside has full size, it has a low profile and doesn't take much space on the counter. Love love love it!

Around 60 days after purchasing this it started making a grinding noise when the glass started rotating. The sound gradually got louder and louder until it was clearly visible something wasn’t working properly. I’m glad it happened within the 90 day return policy, so will be returning today.

After our beloved Sharp microwave finally gave out, I was on a mission to find something comparable… and, I have to admit, Cuisinart knocked it out of the park with this microwave. The pull handle on the door is sturdy and the microwave itself is easy to clean. The buttons are laid out in a convenient place and it’s not overly loud when using. Excellent price and product!

Bought this Cusinart to replace a not-so-old Frigidaire that bit the dust sooner than expected. This one not only looks nicer, but functions quite well. For the price, it can't be beat!

It's a bit noisier than my last microwave and honestly bigger than I need (successfully navigated microwave land with 0.9 cu in until now). Door handle is a bit odd in that it leans to the right and partially obscures the view of the control panel (as shown in picture) -- not really a deal killer for me, but where it's placed in my house causes it to be not easily viewable and seeing the time remaining or the current time of day is a bit more challenging than with prior owned microwaves.
