If you press and hold the unlock button for two seconds, the screen will display the feature "Loc." Afterward, press "7" and "9" in consecutive order within 10 seconds, and the screen should then display "ULoc." Have a great day!

Q: Is there a quick 30 second timer that can be reset incrementally?
A: Brand expert is wrong. I got mine today and under start button bottom right has + 30. I hit it twice for a minute to microwave water for tea. So did not need to use time cook.

Q: I bought this microwave on Nov. 30 th , 2024 and it has barely been used. 7 months later it won't heat anything up. Any reset suggestions?

Q: what is the size of the turntable tray?????
A: Overall diameter of Glass Turntable including outer lip = 12.375 in. Inner Flat part of Glass = 11.25 in.

Q: Tried to remove info stickers on top micro how get adhesive off? Very sticky
A: Preset Notes and Child Lock stickers are not expected to be removed by Manufacturer. You'll need strong adhesive remover which may damage exterior baked enamel paint. Good Luck.

Q: Have to unplug to open door. Pressed 7-9 & CXL to de-activate childlock & empty box comes up. When I repeat lock is displayed. It will not say unlock. I've had to unplug to open door.

Q: can I place this microwave on a shelf in the pantry?

The unit requires a minimum clearance of 12 inches (30 cm) above the oven and at least 3 inches (8 cm) between the oven and any adjacent walls. Note: one side must be open for venting purposes, so it is not recommended to place this unit in a pantry. Have a wonderful day!

Q: The silver tray on the right side wall - do you need that? Or should it be permanently removed? I can't tell if it's just packaging or an essential part of the microwave.
