Q: Is there a quick 30 second timer that can be reset incrementally?
A: On the photo, the start button says +30.
submitted byJellybean - 4 months agoA: Brand expert is wrong. I got mine today and under start button bottom right has + 30. I hit it twice for a minute to microwave water for tea. So did not need to use time cook.

Q: The silver tray on the right side wall - do you need that? Or should it be permanently removed? I can't tell if it's just packaging or an essential part of the microwave.

Q: can I place this microwave on a shelf in the pantry?

The unit requires a minimum clearance of 12 inches (30 cm) above the oven and at least 3 inches (8 cm) between the oven and any adjacent walls. Q: How do I take lock off for good

If you press and hold the unlock button for two seconds, the screen will display the feature "Loc." Q: How do you set the clock? Every time I hit timer/clock then enter the time.. Also 0 beforehand if its before noon.. The clock still blinks when I hit timer/clock when I'm done setting it.

Q: I have been unable to deactivate the child lock. Don't tell me to hold the unlock button down for 3 seconds it does NOT work. The interior is NOT stainless steel as advertised.
