  • A: The difference between the Pizza, Reheat, and Frozen Dinner buttons is mainly time and power level and heating pattern. Pizza button is designed for reheating pizza using medium power level. Reheat button is designed for general reheating using medium power level with varying reheating time based on portion size. Pressing the Power Level button once sets the power level at 100%, pressing it twice, sets it at 90%, pressing it three times, sets it at 80% and so on. (2) Once you are done setting the power level, please press the number pads to set the cooking time. (3) Press the Start button to start cooking. You can press Power Level button to check the current cooking power.

    I would never buy this microwave again. Within weeks, the metal molding to the lower left of the control panel was bent from use. The "1" and "3" numbers are hard to read because the plastic covering them is warn during regular use. We take good care of our appliances; never abuse them. This wear is because of shoddy workmanship. Very, very unhappy.
