this is one microwave I would not recommend, first, it's super loud, and the child lock is annoying, it started rusting on the inside 3 months of having it, I've never seen that happen. can't return because it's has exceeded the 90 days 😔

Child lock can be deactivated by pressing and holding 0/UNLOCK key for 3 seconds. The display will indicate "Loc". Then, press 7 key followed by pressing 9 key. The display will show "ULoc".

Jammed door
The latch used to open the microwave stopped working after a year. You had to maneuver it to pry it open. Unfortunately, the warranty has passed the expiration date so I am unable to get a replacement or parts. *NOT SUITABLE FOR BIG OFFICE

Not my favorite
The microwave itself works fine. Some of the features are annoying. For instance, you need to “unlock” the microwave before opening it after you cook your food. I guess it’s a safety feature, but it’s annoying. My other main dislike is the whole front is glass and shows every single fingerprint.

Flimsy but works
Seems flimsy compared to one it replaced. It’s labeled kenmore but the top reminds me of the metal disposal pans. It works fine but I suspect it won’t hold up more than a year . The one I replaced was heavier but moisture inside caused rust on the seam by door.
