  • A: Hi there, Thanks for your inquiry about the water dispenser’s initial setup. Follow these steps for optimal performance: Unplug & Settle Place the unit upright for 2 hours (no power) to stabilize the cooling system. Flush Tank & Pipes (Power Off) Fill the tank with tap water and let sit 5 minutes. Unlock the child lock, press the hot faucet until water flows out. Power On & Wait for Temperature Plug in the unit. Wait 10 mins for hot water, 40 mins for cold water to reach target temperatures. Drain All Water Unplug again; drain cold/hot water via faucets (use a large container). Open the back drain plug to empty remaining water, then close it tightly. Install Bottle & Rinse Clean the 5-gallon bottle mouth, place it upside down on the dispenser, and wait 1 min. Press both faucets to check smooth water flow. Final Use Plug in and start using.     Super pleased

    Super happy with it: sleek design, quiet, efficient, good flow, three water temperatures. We’ll see how well it holds up in the long term, but after researching water coolers forever and having reservations about switching from top loading to bottom, happy I made this choice.

    This dispenser is great

    I had the old style with the bottle on top. After a couple years the valve leaked and emptied the bottle on the floor. There was not way to get parts and fix it. We bought this one last month and are loving it. The bottles slide in the bottom so no need to lift them.
