FIRE HAZARD!
Unboxed it, plugged it in, heard 2 very loud pops, then a horrible electrical smell and smoke. Drove it right to my local Target and returned it. It was literally still HOT!

Leaked everywhere
The whole tank leaked it was poorly made. No assistance from the manufacturer but target was great helped me get a refund right away.

This dispenser is great
I had the old style with the bottle on top. After a couple years the valve leaked and emptied the bottle on the floor. There was not way to get parts and fix it. We bought this one last month and are loving it. The bottles slide in the bottom so no need to lift them.

This dispenser is great
I had the old style water dispenser with the bottle on top, but after a couple of years, the valve leaked and emptied the bottle on the floor. There was no way to get replacement parts to fix it. We bought this one last month, and we're loving it. The bottles slide into the bottom, so there's no need to lift them. We filter our tap water and refill the bottles, and now we don’t have to worry about putting caps on them. Plus, with the old style, as the water level dropped, it took longer and longer to fill a cup or bottle because it relied on gravity. This dispenser uses a pump, and it fills a 16 oz bottle in seconds. The buttons on top are easy to use, and it offers hot, cold, and room temperature water. The hot water is perfect for my morning hot chocolate. This is definitely the way to go!
