Do not waste your money
We bought this and it was delivered the first week in January of 2024. It’s now July and it’s already not working. We primarily use the cold and it works sporadically. Don’t use the hot very much so can’t tell you about that. So hoping that we can exchange it.

Great Water Cooler & Easy to Use
Love this water cooler... It is simple and easy to use whether I want a glass of cold water or want hot water for my tea it is always ready to go.

Cold Water On Demand
It's great. I love having cold water on demand. I use distilled water and it's really refreshing. My wife uses the hot water function as she's a tea drinker. The water cooler is quiet, doesn't take up much space and looks great in the corner of our kitchen. We used to rent a water cooler and realized it's waaay cheaper to buy then to lease!

What I would have spent on bottled water, this cooler paid for itself. I refill my jugs at the grocery store instead of buying the ones that are already filled.
